Steve Mills is a juggler probably best known as the inventor of Mills Mess. His whole family, the Dazzling Mills Family, is in on the act: Wife Carol, now disabled from a car accident and has a condition called "RSD", daughter Michelle, and son Anthony Ronald, (named after Dad's teacher Ronald Graham and born in St. Louis while Anthony Gatto attended this festival, They liked the name and the "guy", also joining the act is "the new guy" Kris Groth from Coeur d'Alene Idaho.
