There are only two tosses: a '6' Cross-arm Reverse, which is quite difficult, and a '4' Outside.
That second ball and the third are making Fakes for the other tosses for Mills Mess.

Here is a variation with the '4' tossed Cross-arm, and the '6' Under-arm:
