Jack's Joke
From JuggleWiki
The basic pattern is from '330':
...two-out-of-three Cascade, with a hold added to make two sets of two tosses.
To this is added a third ball with a Multiplex hold followed by a '[31]' Sliced Duplex stack:
[edit] [32]323[31]22
That third ball doesn't seem to be doing anything, except the '1' pass.
[Eliza says "Ooh, just you wait, 'enry 'iggins, just you wait."]
Next up, so to speak, is some cross-side action:
Then, with looping Carries during the holds:
A devilishly difficult pattern, from such simple beginnings.
You've got Under-arm, loop Carries as radical Take-outs, with a Squeeze to finish each.
The Carries do not look at the same speed, because one is the '2' leading from '[32]', the other is after the '1' pass from '[31]'.
But our dear Jack did not stop there, his canard contains also the anomaly of a tossed '2':
[edit] [32T]323[31]22T
Two '2T's, one obvious at the side, the other from the first Uniplex making it into an odd sort of Duplex.
If we run this more at real-time, you will see what a joke Jack's Joke was:
Hey -- stop laughing, and get busy with it.
