Force Bounce
From JuggleWiki
Force Bounce is an exaggerated term for giving each ball a slight push down, rather than a slight lift.
Both hands may aim for about the same strike point, or spread the pattern with two strike points.
The catch is at the top of the rebound, so you just cup your hand under it and send it back down.
Rolling your hand over from catch to toss is soon natural and smooth.
Using a Claw catch, with palm down, is also common and can be faster.
For site-swap patterns, higher values will show higher rebounds to make up the beats:
If you want that to happen in your pattern, you do in fact use force for those tosses.
With a toss value of ten or 'aBB' you can get a second bounce; 'gBBB' for sixteen makes three; and 'mBBBB' for twenty-two can get you four
(even if you and your balls cannot actually manage that).
Lift Bounce is slower and more difficult to control as precisely.
