False Shower
From JuggleWiki
Also called Windmill, with some differences developing in the two files.
[edit] False-shower Reach-Over
This pattern is called False Shower because the balls all follow the same arc, like 3 Ball Shower.
It is done as a continuous 2 Ball Chase:
one hand is always tossing an Over, and the other is always tossing an Under-arm Reverse Over after it.
This is the standard form, allowing the crossing hand to toss the easier Under-arm throw.
Making both arcs look the same is the hard part: whirling arms and whirling balls is why it is often called "Windmill".
[edit] False-shower Reach-Under
For this form, the other hand is making a more difficult Reverse Cross-arm toss.
Between the two forms, you will have practiced all three of the tosses needed for Mills Mess.
If you will learn to reverse both forms, "MM" will be no problem.
