The pattern is 423 with an extra '3':

To see this trick for its parts, this is one possible form:

Java not available

One ball is always a '4' Column at the side, like doing Two In One Hand.
The other two balls are doing an Inverted Shower pattern.
Practice that part first, and then add the Column toss.

The form common for presentation is more like this:

Java not available

The basic action is the same as Machine, with a high Carry for the '2'.
With this one, the high hand stays up there, moving very fast all the time.
To make it into 'Pendulum Drop', keep that elbow high, and swing that hand back and forth.

Here is a variation from George Gilson's book Beyond the Cascade that changes where the '4' goes:

One ball is always a Column in the center, with the Carry across the middle.

See how much of a square Box you can make it into:

The direct way to do this pattern on both sides is to add a '3' to make the pattern odd-period:

The height of the '4' will determine the speed you will have to maintain or how high the Carry.

Another way is to make the '4' into a '5' and use:

Getting your hand from the high drop back down in time to catch the '5' will be a problem.

Both of the '3's are paired with a '2', suggesting another Carry, so
your may try to add an Under-arm toss below the Carry, and make the '5' an Over:

The appearance of the pattern suggests doing the '3's sync, but you will need the lag time to get back to catch the '5'.

If you want to try this rather silly variation, here is a training drill for the silly part:

Maybe you can find a better use for it.
