Crank Mess

This site-swap is not good, it's like a very fancy 2-ball Shower.
So, Michael Karas did some re-arranging:
- "The twisting arms below make it look as if you're twisting a crank."
This now requires you to toss a '7' from a Cross-arm position -- and '7's are hard to do anyway.
You also do two Under-arm tosses, along with a big Fake.
