As you can see from the two '0's, this is 5-ball 645 with two balls missing:
As you can see, it is a '6' then a '4', with a '5' tossed over the '4'.
As you cannot see until you try it, you can do it from 3-Cascade:
Which means, as you can see from the two '0's, it is waiting for you to try a Pirouette under it:
The last toss is a '5' on the side the turn is made on, to let that hand stay still as you turn away.
You first catch the '4' coming around, on that hand's side, and that is easier too.
It usually takes at least a '4' before a '00' to be able to make a turn.
