The basis for this pattern is a simple drill:
You have the beat values of '6' balanced by '4' and '2',
always catching a '4' and tossing a '6' in the other hand.
Two balls are involved with the '6' loop, one in the '4' loop,
while making the same number of tosses for each.
See this pattern used for a Pirouette at 3-ball 2-Ups.

This pattern adds a '3' to let it change sides:
The '6' and '4' pause together at the tops of their paths.
Here is a slight variation to arrange the pause into a slanted line:
[edit] Line Dance
The '6' and '4' are Columns, with a Cross-over catch and hold for the '3'.
This variation of that variation has two Crossed tosses, and takes two rounds:
You are now tossing a Crossed '6' Column, and the line arrangement does not shift sides.
[edit] Reach-under Mess
This one uses an Under-arm '6', which will take some effort to learn.
There is a Fake on the '2', sort of like a Mills Mess.
During the pause, you might try:

On return, you catch that same toss, so the timing is natural.
Because catching a '4' and tossing the '3' in the direction of the turn are both fairly easy,
as odd as it is, this may be unusually comfortable for a 360°.
Because this pattern trades sides, you could do the turn at the other timing, or in the other direction.
There are two other versions:

Although there is '02', a '3' is not really enough time to make a pirouette.
