5 Ball Cascade
From JuggleWiki
See: Cascade
5-ball Cascade is the model for site-swap '5':
the other four equal tosses are the designated "beats" for one '5', and the other hand catches:
Expect this to take major time and fervent practice.
It has taken some jugglers several years to finally get decent "runs" (usually meaning 100 catches).
Yet many "instant jugglers" do succeed immediately following 3-ball Cascade.

Some exercises that are commonly used and recommended:

- 5551 a 3-ball Flash with four balls and much faster
- 5 Balls With A Gap aka "Four out of Five" and '55550' (often skipped)

The first variation to consider would be:
[edit] 5-ball Reverse Cascade
Another easy variation has been called:
[edit] 5-ball Fountain
Because the toss location is crossed, the ball paths do not cross, appearing as two loops like a Fountain.
