This is a slow 2-ball Shower with a third ball added, making a drill for tossing '4-5' from one hand.
With a pause, it looks easy:
...and it is, when you get the oddly uneven rhythm of first a '5' then a quick '4 - 1' and another '5'.
Start with the '5' from the hand with two balls.
When it gets to the top, that hand does a '4' and the other hand passes its one as a '1'.
When you catch the '5', hold it; when you catch the '1' toss it as a '5'.
You can trade sides with this pattern by tossing a second '5' to the other side from the '2'.
When you have it, you can have a little fun with it:
Making a "fake" from the '2' makes it look like a pattern it is not.
From the other side, this is another variation to disguise that idle hand:
See also 4512 for another form of this pattern.
