This pattern is more properly known as:

The hand that catches a '5' next tosses a '4',
so the other hand tosses a '5' over it.
You can start it by '524504...', or from Cascade as '4 450... 2'.

You can make the '4' a Column toss:

Toss the '4' as Reverse Fountain, like a little bit of 3 Ball Half Shower on both sides:

When you have the reverse '4', reverse the '5' too:

You are doing a Cheated Wide Reverse Cascade, with only one toss changing hands.

If you want to use an Under-arm toss, try to make that into:

504 Mills Mess

The '0' is a Fake for the missing Cross-arm toss.
