If you have a very high ceiling, or can practice outdoors,
you may like working with this site-swap exercise for same-side heights:

Each ball has its own pattern: one does the 6's like a U-ball,
while the others keep an '8' going on each side.


With a '1' in second position, it will not start in the normal way or from 3-Cascade.
It will take a leading '4' to get it going, and a '2' to connect:

As you can see, the transition will cause no problem to the pattern.



Here is another version that also starts with a '4' and connects with a '2':

With the '0' back at fourth place, this version starts and connects directly:

It is, however, only a drill, with '1's for timing the three subject tosses.



If you find the '1's, tiresome, you can take that time with a Pirouette:

It will be hard to throw the '8' after returning, but there are three '0's to get back around.
