3 Ball Reverse Back Toss

This is one Reverse Back Toss, with one ball:

Java not available
It is the "time reverse" of a normal Back Toss, with each hand here doing one each time.
The toss is a reverse Shoulder Toss, but the catch behind the back gives it the usual name.
That toss must be to where the hand will be, and that is the first hard part.

To learn to do Reverse Back Tosses before you can juggle three balls, please see: 2 Ball Reverse Back Xs.

To start with three balls, you can start with one Reverse Back Toss every fourth:

You can count "one two three Shoulder one-Get it! two three...."
The hand that catches it makes the second of the three cascade tosses
and the hands change each round, for even training.

You could then add a second shoulder toss/back catch:

If you manage two together, you might jump to full Reverse Back-crosses, see last one.

Another step can be one on thirds:

One ball is always going over behind, meaning each hand makes the shoulder toss after catching behind the back.
Counting both hands, or one hand, catch or toss, it will be "one, two, Back, one, two, Back...."

Trade a shoulder toss/back catch for a cascade toss:

...and as soon as you feel ready, you are there:

If you are straining anything, please stop and recuperate -- this can cause real injury.

Although the toss position is at your shoulder, these are not 3-ball Shoulder Tosses.
